- Changes to your software subscription (add/remove users, increase/decrease level, etc.)

- Non-technical issues that involve your license/subscription

- Cannot wait until Wednesday for Shelly to respond (non-technical)

 

Available: As needed, based on urgency

Cost: $160/hour (billed in 15-minute increments)

 

 

When to Reach Out To: BIANCHI TECH Provided by iPOS (Individual Point of Sale)

*Bianchi Tech time is billed by Shelly as always

**As an active client, your company will be automatically added to iPOS Zendesk ticketing system. You will receive an email confirmation to create a login for submitting/tracking your support tickets. You do not have to create an account if you prefer not to. For questions about your iPOS Zendesk account, please email Morgan@IndvidualPOS.com.

 

Non-Emergent

- When you prefer to work with Bianchi Tech

- When you don’t prefer to work with Intuit Direct for technical needs

- Update/upgrade software installations

- You can’t perform a physical inventory count or get scanners to connect

- Intuit Account Issues

- When you don’t want to pay for support from Shelly or Bianchi Tech Team

- When you can’t reach Shelly and it is an account/non-technical issue

- Intuit QuickBooks Online issues

- Intuit QuickBooks Payroll issues

- Intuit QuickBooks Payments issues
