While this may seem like an inconvenience at this time, the update creates an opportunity for you to plan ahead. You can validate your payments account/token in advance every six months when you or a manager are on site. This eliminates emergency situations where employees can't process cards as they are unable to login to verify the credentials or get ahold of the proper contact.
