Every single Intuit Online Payroll customer will be moved to a central login credential system. You will be required to reset your username and password.
To protect you, your employees, and your confidential information. The central login system will allow Intuit to continue to provide world-class security mechanisms such as multi-factor authentication and monitoring suspicious login activity.
The central authentication systems has a single method for resetting passwords.You will be asked to reset your user ID and password as well as to provide additional details that will be used in mult-factor authentication through the central login system.
Starting on March 5th, you will be prompted automatically.

Can I do this later? No. When prompted, you’ll need to create your new user ID and password.
What should I use for my user ID? Your email address (ex. email@example.com) is your Online Payroll user ID.
Are there any restrictions on the password? Yes. To create a strong, secure password, make sure it includes at least 8 characters, upper and lowercase characters (ex. Aa), numbers (ex. 1234), and symbols (ex. @#$!).
When do I need to start using the new user ID and password? After you create your new user ID and password, you’ll be able to use it right away to sign in to your Online Payroll account.
